As you may have noticed, Kantrias has fallen silent of late. We were on the rise, with a promising amount of activity, and much interest in regional governmental affairs. However, those of us in positions of leadership grew concerned. We were concerned that if we stayed in our current system, people would grow burned out and stop being active. So we designed The Compacts, which was a system that put the region into four houses. The idea was the Houses would keep the region active as it would give more chances to be active to more people. Unfortunately, the Compacts did not have the effect desired. We soon learned that there were not enough people to keep it running in the long term, and the Houses fell into inactivity after a few months. What seemed to be the “death knell” was when our Queen, Kylia Quilor, fell inactive, needing a personal hiatus. The region was not structured to go on with a sudden absence of the Queen, and Kantrias began slipping into darkness yet again. However, an unlikely figure arose from the shadows…
Roman Pearce returns
Roman Pearce returned a long, silent absence to fix the problem of Kantrias’ inactivity. He saw that we were on the brink, and decided that something must be done. He opened the role of King to “valid candidates,” and when none stepped forward, placed himself in the role. Former Prince and Heir Apparent Caldemar Leutria Quilor also stepped forward as King, and Sara Leutria Quilor, Former Princess and Daughter of Caldemar Leutria, stepped forward as Queen. Together, they rule as a triarchy, in order to keep Kantrias afloat should one monarch go inactive, and call themselves the Council of Crowns.

The Senate
The Compacts have been abolished, and a variation of the old system has been brought back. There is a legislative body, called the Senate, composed of the following Senators: Kuro (he also serves as Speaker of the Senate), JayDee, Samuel Jackson III, Frost, PunkRockNation, and Colinski Leutria.
The Ministries
The Council of Crowns appointed three Ministers to kick things off, and they were approved by the Senate. Colinski Leutria was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, John Leckson was appointed as the Minister of Home Affairs, and Silas Leckson I was appointed as the Minister of Culture.

The World Assembly
As of this date, Frost has been re-elected to serve as the World Assembly Delegate for Kantrias. He is planning to elect a Vice-Delegate soon, and plans to revamp the Advisory Council. He also desires to work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs more.
All in all, we here in Kantrias are back, and better than ever. We look forward to growing mighty once again, and hope to share a bright and prosperous future with you all.
