New Embassy Policy

Hello there! I am Empress Rachael Arche-VerinGuard of TGO. I am here to inform you that our region has created a new Embassy Policy which will be officially in effect on March 1st. This means that if your region is not in compliance by March 1st and has not contacted The Moff of External Affairs, Lord Caesar VerinGuard, or the Grand Moff, Lady Madeline VerinGuard, by then your region will be subject to closure.

As a quick summary, please make sure your region has done the following:
1. Placed a member of your region within The Galactic Order's discord as the official Diplomat.
1.1 The Diplomat has been masked on our regional forum and has ensured a subforum has been created for your region.
2. That Diplomat has posted an Update at the beginning of February on our regional forum.
3. Any major changes within your region has been made known on our regional forum or you have contacted the Grand Moff or Moff of External Affairs.
