Assent Required: Scroll of Horus

Your Majesty,

The Scroll of Horus has unanimously passed vote in the Constitutional Convention with all ayes and one abstention. Pursuant to Article II, Section 3(3) of the Scroll of Ma’at, the document now requires your assent to go into effect and replace our current constitution. We humbly request your assent.

I assent to the new constitution. A larger speech will occur later on tonight or early tomorrow; as well as the transition orders and appointments.
