Glen-Rhodes - A security official, and the Chair of the Assembly in The South Pacific - is actively advocating a coup against Osiris. This is not the first time he and other TSP officials have engaged in hostile rhetoric, and a region that repeatedly votes this player into government positions is inherently advocating for his behavior.

I move for the proscription of the hostile region known as The South Pacific.

While I do support the Pharaoh's proposal, I would just like to ask what constitutes a "member" or "participant" of the South Pacific. Things may have changed but last I checked, anyone with a nation in the South Pacific is constituted as a citizen and citizens may apply for legislator status (which is basically what we would call a Scribe or Citizen here).

Any region that keeps electing Glen to anything needs to be nuked from orbit, but Proscription will do.
