Repeal: “Liberate Kingdom Of Ireland”

A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.

Category: Repeal | Resolution: SC#211 | Proposed by: Mount Seymour Security Council Resolution #211 “Liberate Kingdom of Ireland” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The World Assembly,

Noting that the region of Kingdom of Ireland was taken over and occupied by raiders,

Understanding that the region is now back under native control, and that the native delegate, Timmii3, has the region’s well being at heart,

Believing that, although the liberation was originally passed with the best of intentions, it now would unintentionally harm the community by not allowing the natives to take control of their own region,

Knowing that a refound is not a feasible option without the ability to institute a password, and that the native delegate has enough influence to password the region multiple times,

Remembering that it is the role of the Security Council to ensure safety and peace, and that the liberation prevents this duty from being carried out,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #211 “Liberate Kingdom of Ireland”.

Kingdom of Ireland was invaded by The Black Hawks a couple of months ago, and they happened to cause a lot of damage to the region. Shortly after, the SC passed a liberation to prevent The Black Hawks from imposing a password (even though they'd never get that much influence) and soon after, they retreated from their successful operation.

This is now being repealed so that the delegate can impose a password (which would drain a substantial amount of his influence, but I suppose it doesn't matter since it would be passworded) and all of the natives can be at peace.*

Pros:
Can now be raided and raiders can impose a password if they gain enough regional influence
Repeal has native (delegate) support

Cons:
Delegate can password, making it more difficult for raiders to invade it in the future.
