We would also simplify it (if applicable) to make it easier to understand in the future if some people are having trouble interpreting it. If we end up not changing everything, we still accomplished something because now we can be sure that nothing conflicts.
There is always the possibility that we go through and find nothing to alter, but our project would still be a success nonetheless. Doing this would accomplish:
a) a chance for anyone to learn more about the government of Osiris and our currently enacted laws
b) reassurance that our laws do not conflict with eachother
c) "Scroll of Ma'at for Dummies" / "The Osiris Fraternal Order for Dummies" thread
I'm sure there is more that we would accomplish than the three things I listed, but these are generally the main idea.
The "Scroll of Ma'at for Dummies" / "The Osiris Fraternal Order for Dummies" thread is an idea that came to me when I was explaining this idea to my Deputy Scribes, Greyghost and Kyorgia, and it seemed to be popular among the executives as well. This would be something that we do while we go through each article and section of every policy and law in the Statuatory Law Index, and it will ultimately make the OFO easier to understand to newcomers and people that just don't understand.
This thread will serve as a discussion thread where you can post recommendations, improvements, ideas, and criticisms. If this serves to be a popular idea, I will have a sign up thread posted as soon as possible.
