I move to remove Thuria from the list of proscribed regions and organizations.

As you can see, this morning Thuria was re-founded on behalf of the Osiris Fraternal Order, rendering it permanently beyond Scieca's control, permanently beyond the influence of delete-on-sight players, permanently locked, and permanently harmless. There is no longer any reason for it to remain proscribed by law.
