[Passed] Second Amendment to the Rules of the Council

We still haven't fixed this. So I'm going to.

Current text of Section 2, (5) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(5) In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a voting citizen may make a motion to vote, with a minimum of two other voting citizens seconding the motion.

Shall be amended to read:

Proposed text of Section 2, (5) of the Rules of the Council of Scribes wrote:(5)In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a voting citizen must make a motion to vote, and another voting citizen must second the motion.

This proposal will fix the problem we sought to solve last time, which the original amendment missed entirely.

I honestly don't see a cause for discussion for this. It's fairly straightforward, something that'll decrease beauracracy, and something both our Pharaoh and Chief Scribe have expressed their full support for.

I will rush things a bit, and motion for a vote.
