Approval for Revocation of Citizenship: Transdavisia
Pursuant to Article I, Section 2(3) of the Scroll of Ma'at, the office of the Pharaoh submits for the approval of the Council of Guardians the revocation of Transdavisia's citizenship.
Transdavisia has been discovered to be conveying classified discussions from the Council of Viziers channel on our Discord server to Kemi, an individual banned from the Osiris Fraternal Order forum for out-of-character harassment and stalking. The evidence for Transdavisia's collaboration with Kemi to convey classified information can be found here. This evidence is also classified, and therefore should not be publicly discussed or circulated beyond the Council of Guardians. Given the significant threat Kemi represents to the safety and security of NationStates players in general, it is an appalling betrayal of this community for Transdavisia to be leaking classified information, or any information at all related to Osiris, to her. He is effectively helping her evade her ban and achieve a level of access she could not achieve on her own, thus putting the out-of-character safety of Osiran citizens and other participants in the Osiran community in jeopardy.
To make matters worse, yesterday evening, via the Council of Viziers channel and without revealing the perpetrator's identity, the perpetrator of this leak was offered an opportunity to publicly admit the leak and to resign from all offices and positions held in Osiris within 24 hours. It was made clear that the perpetrator would see no further action taken against him -- i.e., no revocation of citizenship -- if he publicly owned up to his betrayal and resigned from his offices and positions. Not only did Transdavisia decline this opportunity, he outright misled the Council of Viziers and the office of the Pharaoh:
The betrayal and duplicity, combined with Transdavisia's earlier acts of administrative abuse elsewhere in NationStates, reveal an individual who has no place in our community, nor probably in any community. Several regions already regard him as a forum crasher for his prior acts of administrative abuse, and have banned him as a result. We have been more lenient, seeking to give Transdavisia a second chance to prove he has something positive to contribute to our community. With this betrayal, he has proven the opposite.
