The Council of Scribes has voted to pass the Motion to Vote Amendment Repeal to the Legislative Rules Act.
On the Council of Scribes' behalf I humbly request your assent.
Amendment to Article II Section 3 of the Legislative Rules Act wrote:(3) In order for a proposal to be brought to vote, a citizen eligible to vote on that proposal must make a motion to vote, and another such citizen must second the motion. If after 4 days no secondments have been made then the Chief Scribe may choose to move the proposal to vote if they feel that the issue has been debated to its fullest and the only logical conclusion would be do move it to vote
