I also agree with reducing the time from 6 months to 2-3 months.
I do have one question though. What about citizens who left but rejoined later? Are they held to the same restrictions regarding this amendment?

I'm not concerned with endearing myself. I'm concerned with what I believe is right and wrong. The best counter measures against vote stacking is making sure they don't get in our region in the first place. That's what intelligence is for.
